Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, or your tracking looks unusual, send us your order number using the contact details below.

My tracking says delivered, but my order isn’t here.

Check around your delivery address and with anyone who may have accepted the parcel. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number so we can look into it.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check the status of your order and let you know what’s possible. Changes may no longer be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

My bottle arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?

Send us your order number and a description of what happened. Keep the bottle and packaging, and take photos in case we need them to help resolve the issue.
